Our session begins with participants lying down to bask in the harmonious sounds of nature combined with the enchanting tones of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, bells, chimes, rainstick, and the flower of life wind gong. Drift into a deep, peaceful rest for one hour as the melodic vibrations wash over you.
After our sound session, we will nourish our bodies and spirits with a picnic! Bring a sack lunch and plenty of water to enjoy as we connect with one another in conversation, sharing the tranquility and community fostered by this serene experience.
