This guided breathwork session is designed to help you release tension, restore inner calm, and reconnect with your natural balance. Through a 2 part active breathing practice, you will ground your energy, soothe your nervous system, gently release stored emotions and stress, and cultivate a sense of harmony and centeredness. By the end of the session, you will leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and more connected to yourself.
All levels are welcome. Come as you are.
Optional to bring a blanket and eye mask to allow your breath to guide you back into balance.
