Join us for a free all-abilities yoga practice including meditation, breathwork and a sequence of “asanas” (physical postures) aimed at detoxifying the body, strengthening the mind-body connection and restoring the body’s natural balance. Through a guided class focusing on gently releasing tension, we'll explore how to move with greater ease. Together, we’ll tap into the steady strength that lives within. All levels welcome.
