Our bodies often respond to the winter chill with achy joints, stiff shoulders, and hunched posture that leaves us feeling depleted and tired. Gently energize the body with elongated, spiraling spinal stretches!
Over seven weeks, we'll move the spine along seven planes of direction and discover how stretching from the spine outward can benefit the distal limbs, the breath, fascia, balance, and even mental clarity.
During this season, our central channel (home to energy centers, vital organs, and brain-body nerve connections) requires even more TLC for flexibility, suppleness, and strength. Give back to your back with this gentle but invigorating practice!
