Step into a 2.5-hour creative immersion where art becomes meditation and symmetry becomes prayer. We’ll begin with a gentle exploration of mandalas through time and culture — from Native American sand paintings to Celtic knots, Tibetan thangkas, and Islamic geometric art — discovering how these sacred circles have reflected the universal patterns of wholeness for centuries.
After a grounding meditation, you’ll be guided to create your own personal mandalas using a variety of media and sizes. All supplies are provided — just bring your curiosity and an open heart. As your hands move, your mind softens; what begins as pattern-making unfolds into a deeply centering experience of presence and flow.
We’ll close with time for quiet reflection and a sharing circle to integrate insights and inspirations.
No artistic experience is needed — just the willingness to explore the sacred geometry within and around you.
