This guided breathwork session for Coming Home invites you to return to yourself—to soften inward, reconnect with your body, and cultivate a sense of safety from within. Through intentional breath, you’ll be supported in releasing tension, quieting the mind, and gently remembering the steadiness that lives inside you.
This two-part active breathing meditation creates space to let go of emotional weight and energetic blocks while deepening your connection to your body and heart. As you turn inward, you’ll be guided to listen to the subtle wisdom of your breath, allowing your nervous system to settle and restore. In this space, you can begin to feel more anchored, supported, and at home within yourself.
You will leave feeling grounded, held, and reconnected to your inner sense of safety and belonging.

Optional to bring a blanket and eye pillow to support a comfortable, nurturing experience.
