Julie Johnson, M.S., is the founder of Stars & Roots and Integrate Trauma-Informed Network. She integrates herbalism, nervous system science, somatics, and astrology to help people develop practical, sustainable rituals that support everyday well-being. Drawing from training in herbalism, Polyvagal-informed practices, and trauma-informed design, Julie teaches approachable ways to work with herbs and embodied practices that foster resilience, regulation, and deeper connection to ourselves and the natural world. She is a certified polyvagal-informed provider from the Polyvagal Institute and a certified folk herbalist through Rosemary Gladstar, and is inspired by the work of Sajah Popham and Evolutionary Herbalism.
