Join Sheila Pride and Anu French in coming together to experience beautiful ritual and healing ceremony in an authentic circle of courageous humanity.

This event is sacred intentional ceremony to harmonize ourselves, our relations and our planet.

We will begin with 30 minutes of movement and song.

The talented Anu French will join share her healing voice with us all.

Then we will practice internal cleansing and boundary setting through a kuti ceremony, a cherished practice of Sheila's. This practice is aimed to lessen our individual and collective grief and elevate our personal joy as we set clear intention for our lives.

Next will be a ritual of silence, deep and loving presence. Please bring a small candle in a glass container for this ceremony.

Finally, we will make an offering to our community, our city our land, our children, our sisters and brothers, for one another and all our relations. Depending on weather, we will do this by creating a despacho, community stick or water ceremony.

To prepare:

Please walk your land, special park, or home prior to coming to the event. From your land or sacred place that you care about deeply, bring any items from Nature (acorns, stones, sticks, leaves, flowers, feathers, etc for the ceremony). You will not get these back!!

Bring the following:

2 stones the size of your palm.

A small bunch of flowers or herbs wrapped in a towel.

I encourage you to spend time cleaning your inner container before we meet. Consider a 2 day fast from sugar and processed foods and or lemon water fasting in the morning if it will not create harm for you. Take some time, prior to coming and think about what your highest dreams are for self, others and our beloved planet.

LIfelink is an organization has a reputation for outreach to indigenous women that currently representing 40% of all sex trafficking victims in the US.
