This class will focus on gentle and restorative movements. In this class we will briefly discuss the current moon phase and the effects many of us may be feeling. We will also explore techniques we can use during these inevitable phases of life.
Students can expect to experience a gentle meditative flow with focus on alignment and breath as we stay in some postures for longer periods of time. All experience levels welcome.
Props strongly encouraged: blanket, pillow/bolster, blocks/books
