Processing Emotions through Movement: Yoga & Journaling Workshop ONLINE

Bring a pen, paper/a journal, and wear comfy clothes for this yoga & journaling workshop!


Class will be a combination of a slow-flow yoga class and journaling with writing prompts provided throughout class.

We are all the authors of our own stories. We are also the editors. When we are overwhelmed with emotions, we can go inward and pay attention to our self to find what it is that is out of alignment. After each writing prompt, you’ll have the opportunity to explore feelings and thoughts that arise, perhaps even some inner wisdom will become clear. Journaling can help you take control of an overactive mind and regain clarity and acceptance of that which we cannot control.

 

There is no right or wrong way to journal! If words flow, let them! If you’re at a loss for words, reflect without writing. What you journal can be a sentence or a whole paragraph! This a time for self-study, and though you will be guided with suggestions, only you are in control of the path you take.
