Online: How to Breathe

Breathing is a foundational practice of mindfulness and yoga. Our breath is always with us and can be accessible to bring a sense of calm, balance and ease into the present moment. The only thing we need to do is learn to pay attention to it.

In this class, we will explore simple breathing exercises that will help reconnect us to a sense of ease, joy and resilience. This class is for anyone that is interested in learning simple breathing exercises to bring a sense of peace into their daily life.
