Yin Yoga and Sound Experience
Experience a class environment that promotes deep healing and somatic learning through yin yoga instruction and Tibetan sound bowls.
The intention for this class series is to introduce a multi-sensory experience. I will present sound healing in the form of Tibetan sound bowls along with meditative yin yoga poses for a unique yoga class experience in self-care and restoration. Our four class themes will expand and evolve through each class according to the participants needs as follows.
· Detox/ Release and Let Go
· Balancing/ Grounding/ Connecting
· Clarity/ Harmony
· Heart Opening/ Self Care/ Love
