Online: Design & Align: A Wholehearted Reset with Ayurveda

Our lives are changed forever. But with every change is the opportunity to come back to your wholehearted self. To rediscover what it means to live in your own heart's rhythm - with clarity and purpose. Sheltering in place has meant something different to each of us. For some it has brought simplicity and ease. While many of us have had to face unprecedented chaos and fear. You may be asking yourself, How can I maintain this simplicity when I return to my office? How can I find the courage to come back to “normal”? What is normal? How do we enter this new world when we are forever changed? We do it by emerging together.

The stress you’ve been experiencing is a normal human response to grief, fear, and the unknown. When we are in this stress/survival mode our bodies get over run. We crave sugar and junk food. We look to any possible distraction to avoid our thoughts. Some of us sleep a lot, while others are so wired and tired we can’t sleep at all. Yoga and Ayurveda (the life science of yoga) offer tools to reset this stress response (your nervous system) and bring us back home to ourselves.

This Ayurvedic Reset is all about simplicity. Simplifying your whole being - body, mind, heart and soul. Using the principle of like increases like and opposites balance we will learn about the 5 elements and Koshas (5 bodies of being) from an Ayurvedic perspective. We will discuss how they live in you and help guide you back to your natural rhythm. Ayurveda sees each of us as an individual, this reset will be just as unique. This may include the food you eat, simple self care habits, breath and movement, even compassion and other tools to keep you at home in your heart. Together we will rediscover the path of your heart and design a new normal.



Series Includes: 

  • A weekly online, one hour webinar with Glenna and the group. 

  • One, 20 minute 1:1 Health Goal Session and follow-up with Glenna. 

  • A group forum to stay connected and share with each other throughout the course. 

  • Design & Align Booklet, info and guide with prompts for deeper wisdom of your 5 bodies. 

  • Recipe E-Book has simple recipes to support how you choose to reset.

  • Weekly home practices may include meditation, breathwork, movement, self care, and compassion practices. 


Outline of Each Week: 

  • One: Earth/Food Body - Introduction to the course, tools to start grounding and clearing your physical space.

  • Two: Water/Breath Body - Our ability to adapt, ways to open your breath body and tune into deeper intelligence.

  • Three: Fire/Mind-Emotion Body - The power of digesting food, emotions, and mental fluctuations into deeper transformation.

  • Four: Air/Wisdom Body - Igniting your hearts desire with compassion and simple self care.

  • Five: Ether/Bliss Body - Emerge wholeheartedly with purpose while holding space for yourself and others.
