Online: Writing For Sanity and Support

Having an outlet for a healthy expression of emotion, thoughts and ideas is so important. Yoga and journaling are both excellent tools for self exploration, expression and bringing our goals and creativity into focus.

Join me for a morning of movement and writing. All you will need is a yoga mat, a journal and something to write with. We’ll start with some pranayama and meditation and then move through a slow flow with moments throughout the class for us to reflect on what is coming through and writing prompts will be given to stimulate your creativity.
