As we navigate our new normal and grow in our anti-racist conscious, create a space in your schedule to become curious about how we can shift our consciousness into an anti-racist lens through mindfulness and compassion through the work of Ruth Kong’s Book Mindful of Race.
We will read 3-4 chapters between each week within this 6 week book club series. During each meet up we’ll discuss what came up for the book for us in the spirit of non-judgment and then do a mindfulness practice together.
