“Learn How to Meditate” with Kylie! Drop in to one or attend all the classes on Fridays, August 7-28.

Have you ever wanted to meditate but didn’t know where to start? Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, or dizzy with the distractions of the digital age?

Are you suffering from anxiety and the “worry loop,” want to be more creative and centered and improve your relationships?

Join Kylie for this 4 week class and Learn How to Meditate! This class will teach the basics of meditation in a safe and supportive space. Each week Kylie will guide you through new and fun mindfulness practices, guided meditations, silent meditation, breathwork, and more! You will explore spirituality, deepen your practice, and enjoy the benefits of meditation. You will begin to cultivate your own daily practice of meditation - eventually working up to 20 minutes!
