If you’ve ever wanted to try yoga but aren’t sure where to start, have been away from your practice and want to get back into it, or are a seasoned yogi that just wants to brush up on the fundamentals, this is the 4-week series for you! Over each 75 minute class we will move through basic yoga postures, modifications to help the pose adjust to your body and concepts in ways that give you the knowledge to safely and intelligently practice in any yoga class.
What sets this series apart from others is that, regardless of whether or not you attend in studio or live online, everyone will be sent a recording of the class (with one week to view), the sequence used (with modifications and notes) and one or two readings/articles dealing with the class theme. We will also work through things gradually, so as not to overwhelm. It's our goal to make sure that you have everything you need to begin your own yoga journey and explore your own unique envelope of movement.
