With all of the changes that are constantly happening in the world and all around/within us, sometimes we need the reminder that we have the ability to navigate these changes despite the obstacles we may face. Our grounding and center comes from within us NOT from around us! This class will focus on connecting breath with a guided flow, balance work, and asanas (postures). We will not only open up areas throughout your body that may be tight, particularly hips and legs, but we will also focus on navigating the inevitable changes of life using our strength from within. This class is open to all levels!
