A yin+mindfulness series with shapes that orient us to the felt sense of the wall and the ground
Using the wall and the ground can support us in moving from our thinking brain to our feeling brain. This can allow space for us to connect to our bodies and emotions. As we move through this five weeks series, we will hold space for to explore yin shapes on the wall and ground as we practice compassion-focused mindfulness in each shape through a trauma sensitive lens!
Yin shapes that we will explore: Sphinx, Seal, yin inversion, banasana, butterfly on the wall, dragonfly on the wall
