The Spring Equinox is a time of balance, growth and evolution. As our natural world finds balance between the dark and light (day and night being equal on this day) we are invited to do the same in our own lives. It presents a time to release old, unsupportive ways of being, and in the process of shedding, we cultivate fertile ground in which to plant the seeds of our intentions for the coming months.
