Explore an ultimate in body rejuvenation. We will use STOTT PILATES® mini stability balls with Yoga and Pilates exercises to access and release tight areas, breathe deeper, and build strength and flexibility. These 12-inch and 7.5-inch mini stability balls both challenge and support movements.
This class will help reconnect you to your fluid core and body. Through a flowing routine, we will experience the fun, challenge, and relaxation of traditional moves with an added focus on restoration and hydration. The result is a more pain-free, agile, and youthful self.
