Calling all yogis; beginners and veterans. Let’s review and break down a few poses we see often that make up that tricky tricky chaturanga dandasana. In this two week pop up series we’ll meet you where you are while reviewing down dog, taking planks with strength and finding the back bend that brings the most good to your body. This class will be a relaxed space to expand your future practice.
