This outdoor class will incorporate well-known, accessible yoga poses, pranayama and meditation to cultivate calm, flexibility, and strength. Students will learn tools that can be used off the mat to cope with stress in daily life and avoid injury in other activities.
This class is open to all levels. An email will be sent out to participants if the class needs to be cancelled due to the weather.
No class June 26-July 24.
