There is a direct connection between joy and gratitude. But what does it mean to be grateful? Practicing gratitude goes way beyond “attitude-of-gratitude" and into daily actions. In this workshop we will dive into various gratitude practices, and how we can train our brains to generate positive emotions. Through meditation, reiki, sound and journaling, I will help you to build your own gratitude practice.
