Rooted in curiosity and compassion, this class invites students of all levels to slow down and attune to their bodies. You’ll learn foundational postures, alignment principles, and breath practices, while experiencing a complete, full-body movement journey each class. We occasionally take short, playful detours into anatomy to better understand how our bodies move and why. Seasonal themes and timeless yogic wisdom help anchor our practice, offering space for reflection, grounding, and growth. Modifications and options will be offered for every body.
