This six-week series is designed for students who are brand new to yoga, returning after time away, or wanting a slower, more supportive way to revisit the basics.
In a welcoming and encouraging environment, you’ll be introduced to the foundational elements of yoga, including postures, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation. Each week will offer clear instruction, time for questions, and practical guidance to help you feel more comfortable and confident on your mat.
Together, we’ll explore alignment, props, modifications, breath-centered movement, and ways to make the practice work for your body. Whether your intention is to increase flexibility, reduce stress, build body awareness, or simply try something new, this series will help you begin in a way that feels steady, accessible, and supportive.
No experience is needed. Come as you are and begin from there.
