Pregnancy brings many unknowns, and practicing with others who are in similar situations can build one’s confidence and create connections among mothers-to-be.
This workshop will include postures to open the hips, ease back pain, relieve pelvic pressure, and more. Spending time to connect with your body and your baby can be a very meaningful part of your preparation.
Whether you are curious about pregnancy, are in your ninth month, or are anywhere in between, you are welcome.
