Intro to Meditation

From Mindfulness to Light

Meditation calls us to connect with our essence — with who we really are, as we really are. Learning to meditate we discover how to practice so we we can create space in our lives to experience what is essential, which is a resource to restore ourselves, replenish our energies and meet life fully.

In this five-week class, you will be introduced to (or refreshed with) various aspects of mindfulness meditation, expanding a sense of spaciousness and connecting with the light of inspiration.

Each class session will include some lecture, practice, and time for Q&A.

Open to all; those who are new to meditation or those who already have an established practice.
