Winter is the time of the water element. It is the time to build our reserve to prepare for the next season of growth. The best way to support our water element is by balancing our kidneys and bladder and tonifying the yin and yang of the body.
Olivia will perform a Dr. Tan balancing treatment that supports your Kidney Yin and Yang energy. While Reiki Master and Sound Practitioner Jennifer Hawkins will play the crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, bells, chimes, and rain stick allowing the sound waves to stimulate the needles and amplify treatment.
Two needles will be placed on each arm to tonify blood and Qi and one point the most important point to bring security and emotional support to the heart.
Two needles on each leg to support your Immune system and Kidney Yin and Yang. These source points treat the body at a deep energetic level helping to bring strength and quiet anxiety when a person has had adrenalized states of prolonged stress or work. (Wear pants that ankles/lower leg can easily be accessed.)
Two needles will be placed on the head to raise your yang, calm the mind and open the third eye to give you clarity on your soul’s purpose.
You will leave this sound bath and acupuncture session feeling restored, rested and supported.
