A Yoga & Meditation Workshop to Nourish Your Back

In today’s busy world, many of us either sit for extended hours or perform repetitive motions that create weakness, pain, tension, and tightness in the lower back. In this yoga workshop, you will be guided in yoga postures to align your hips and lower back to create a balance of strength and flexibility in the back, abdominal muscles, hip flexors, and psoas, which supports freedom to fully enjoy movement in your body.

Yoga teaches us that from a conscious and stable foundation, we are supported and vitalized. Creating both a sense of feeling at home in our bodies and an openness to our evolution and growth, the subtle centers in our navel, pelvic and root hold the gifts of grounding, empowerment and creativity.

The workshop will include a forward-bend asana practice focused on low back and hips, open to both beginners and experienced practitioners.
